Teri Rippeto - Executive Chef/Owner
Born in Missouri, Teri has been working in restaurants for 27 years. Teri attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, graduating in 1986. After graduation, she worked in kitchens in San Francisco, St. Thomas, and Seattle before she and Tom, her father, opened Trattoria StradaNova in Columbia, Missouri. After four and one half years they sold the business and soon after she came to Denver and opened Potager.
She is driven to achieve excellence and committed to searching for flavors that are bright yet simple using local farms and only ingredients that are in season.
